Venue Hire

The exclusive venue hire of Hengrave Hall is dependent on the day of the week and time of the year. Prices start from £4,000 + VAT.

The venue hire cost includes:

  • Exclusive hire of Hengrave Hall (there will be no other functions taking place during your event).
  • Use of all ground floor reception rooms (including children’s play room, retiring room and private chapel).
  • Use of St John Lateran Church within the grounds, steps away from the Main House (excluding legal/clergy fees) and the organ.
  • The choice of ceremony rooms and locations.
  • Sound system in the Banqueting Hall and Long Gallery.
  • Access to the Queen Elizabeth Chamber and Blue room from 10.30am for preparations on the day of your wedding.
  • Use of garden games (including croquet).
  • Helicopter landing facilities.
  • Dance floor

Milsom Catering

Milsom Catering, our exclusive caterers draw on over sixty years’ experience and knowledge to deliver the very best in service, food, and wine. With a highly commendable reputation in East Anglia, and beyond, Milsom Catering have been working closely with Hengrave Hall since we opened in 2009. Milsom Catering prices start from £60.00 per head for a three course wedding breakfast.

  • An experienced Event Coordinator who will assist with the planning of your special day.
  • Complimentary tasting for you both at Le Talbooth restaurant in Dedham.
  • Experienced Event Managers on the day of your wedding also acting as Master of Ceremonies.
  • Waiting staff on the day.
  • Tables, chairs, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery.
  • Event Manager overseeing and liaising with suppliers on the day of your wedding to ensure set up as you visualised.
  • Set up of function rooms on morning on wedding.
  • Running of the bar.
