Complete with four stunning ceremony locations, an Italian style inner Courtyard and a grand Banqueting Hall, Hengrave Hall is the perfect blend of history and elegance.

From your very first visit to the final farewell breakfast, our experienced Events Team will be by your side, ensuring every detail is perfected. With over 30 years of combined experience, they bring not only meticulous attention to detail but also a genuine passion for making your wedding day seamless and memorable.

  • Exclusive hire of Hengrave Hall (there will be no other functions taking place during your event)

  • Use of all ground floor reception rooms (including children’s play room, retiring room and private chapel)

  • Use of St John Lateran Church within the grounds, steps away from the Main House (excluding legal/clergy fees) and the organ

  • The choice of ceremony rooms and locations

  • Sound system in the Banqueting Hall and Long Gallery

  • Access to the Queen Elizabeth Chamber and Blue room from 10.30am for preparations on the day of your wedding

  • Use of garden games (including croquet)

  • Helicopter landing facilities
  • Black and white chequered dance floor

  • Cascade fairy lighting and Festoon courtyard lighting

ACCOMMODATION

There are 30 magnificent bedrooms at Hengrave Hall, which can be booked for you and your guests. The Hall itself features an impressive 15 luxurious bedrooms, the majority of which are adorned with elegant four-poster beds that exude a sense of grandeur and romance. Each room is meticulously furnished with crisp white linen, providing a fresh and inviting ambiance, while the modern bathroom facilities ensure convenience and comfort during your visit.

The estate is home to the enchanting Walled Gardens, which has an additional 6 bedrooms for your guests to use. It also plays host to breakfast the following morning for all of your guests, overlooking the delightful orchard and meadows, making it a perfect way to conclude an unforgettable event.

Accommodation is reserved and paid for directly through the couple, to allow for personalisation throughout the day. If you are attending a wedding at Hengrave Hall, we are unable to book rooms directly for guests.

My partner and I got married this September and I cannot put into words how magical and beautiful Hengrave Hall is. The staff are unbelievably kind, professional, calm, supportive and accommodating in particular Jennie one of the wedding co-ordinators. She kept things calm when I had a bit of a moment and resolved all issues whilst being mindful of the high emotions on the day.

As for the grounds they are exceptional and it’s mind blowing that only 2 grounds men keep the grounds so exquisite. Every single one of our guests said the grounds and garden and venue was so beautiful. I could not recommend more for a fairy tale princess wedding all my dreams have come true thanks to this beautiful place.

Just recovering from our daughters wedding this weekend at Hengrave Hall. I can honestly say that everything went according to plan. This is very much due to the brilliant staff at Hengrave. Nothing went un noticed. Attention to detail was excellent. An example would be that my daughter suddenly remembered she hadn’t put on her perfume – within minutes someone had gone to bridal suite to get it for her. Venue is absolutely stunning. Thank you Hengrave for making such special memories for my family.

Hengrave hall and all of the staff provided the most magical experience from start to finish for our beautiful wedding on the 2nd November 2024. They were beyond supportive, attentive, and all-round professional. The location itself provides a magical landscape of beautiful scenery and historic grounds inside and outside of the building.

The catering was absolutely exceptional—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was, and every detail was presented to perfection. The rooms our families stayed in were equally impressive, offering a luxurious and memorable stay. The bridal suite, in particular, was breathtaking. With its stunning design and elegant touches, I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my time there.
