Our dedicated catering and events team work on-site at Hengrave Hall to ensure that every aspect of your special day is not only met with the highest standards but also delivered with warmth and hospitality.

From the moment you choose Hengrave Hall for your wedding, the Milsom Weddings team are there to assist in every step of the journey. From early tasting sessions, where couples can sample a variety of culinary delights to curate the perfect menu that reflects their tastes and preferences. Our planning process is meticulously crafted, taking into consideration every detail – large and small – to create a seamless experience for you and your guests.

  • An experienced Event Coordinator who will assist with the planning of your special day

  • Complimentary tasting for you both at Talbooth Restaurant in Dedham

  • Experienced Event Managers on the day of your wedding also acting as Master of Ceremonies

  • Waiting staff on the day

  • Tables, chairs, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery

  • Event Manager overseeing and liaising with suppliers on the day of your wedding to ensure set up as you visualised

  • Set up of function rooms on morning on wedding

My partner and I got married this September and I cannot put into words how magical and beautiful Hengrave Hall is. The staff are unbelievably kind, professional, calm, supportive and accommodating in particular Jennie one of the wedding co-ordinators. She kept things calm when I had a bit of a moment and resolved all issues whilst being mindful of the high emotions on the day.

As for the grounds they are exceptional and it’s mind blowing that only 2 grounds men keep the grounds so exquisite. Every single one of our guests said the grounds and garden and venue was so beautiful. I could not recommend more for a fairy tale princess wedding all my dreams have come true thanks to this beautiful place.

Just recovering from our daughters wedding this weekend at Hengrave Hall. I can honestly say that everything went according to plan. This is very much due to the brilliant staff at Hengrave. Nothing went un noticed. Attention to detail was excellent. An example would be that my daughter suddenly remembered she hadn’t put on her perfume – within minutes someone had gone to bridal suite to get it for her. Venue is absolutely stunning. Thank you Hengrave for making such special memories for my family.

Hengrave hall and all of the staff provided the most magical experience from start to finish for our beautiful wedding on the 2nd November 2024. They were beyond supportive, attentive, and all-round professional. The location itself provides a magical landscape of beautiful scenery and historic grounds inside and outside of the building.

We cannot thank Hengrave Hall enough for hosting the most perfect wedding! From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with so many unique and magical features that made our day unforgettable.

The catering was absolutely exceptional—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was, and every detail was presented to perfection. The rooms our families stayed in were equally impressive, offering a luxurious and memorable stay. The bridal suite, in particular, was breathtaking. With its stunning design and elegant touches, I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my time there.
